I’ve been exploring alternatives to Substack for the last few months due to the hate speech tolerated on the platform, recommending a Nazi newsletter to its users, and Substack directly profiting off of it all.
After watching other TTRPG creators (like worlds by watt) make the jump to Patreon and weighing the pros and cons (and costs/platform) with my use case and my audience size, I have moved my subscriber list over there at the free tier.
You may have already received an e-mail from me via Patreon! If you did, welcome aboard. If you did not, check your junk mail or go HERE and follow as a free member for future Missives, freebies, and more.
As a follower, you will not be charged anything, and you’ll start receiving my free newsletter posts directly to your email.
While I plan to expand the membership options and post more there generally in the coming weeks, right now the primary purpose of the switch is to bring the newsletter back to life on a better platform.
If you’d like to support my work further, there is an early bird $3/month membership that grants you access to my entire digital back catalog and my future releases with more coming soon like early work-in-progress notes, design docs, etc.
The next Missive is gonna be digging into my experience running Stonetop (and may include a new arcana for use at your Stonetop table)!
